TERMS OF SERVICE AND WARRENTY
By commissioning HellBeast Creations you have read and agreed to all Terms and Services stated below
YOU MUST BE 18+ TO COMMISSION OR BUY A PRE-MADEGeneral Terms
- Client must state that they have read and agreed to the terms of service before communication starts.
- Please provide a clear, accurate reference sheet with at least 2 views preferably 3.
- HellBeast Creations has the right to cancel or decline any commission for any reason.
- Any ill behavior will immediately result in the commission being canceled with NO refund
- Client must be 18+ to commission or buy a pre-made.
- Please be as clear as possible when communicating.
- Clients can not sell product(s) for more than what it was bought for.
- Product photos and videos will be taken and used for portfolio and advertisement.Payment/Refunding
- HellBeast Creations only accepts payment through PayPal. All prices are in USD with a 4% tax with each payment (not included with shown prices)
- Commissions under <$700 must be paid in full.
- Payment plans are available for commissions over >$500.
- A 35% down payment is required in full, work will not begin until at least 50% of the commission is paid.
- Once material is paid for, the 35% down payment will not be refunded even if the order is canceled.
- 3 months with no contact, the commission will be considered abandoned, no refund will be permitted.
- 3 missed payments when communication is kept clear, commission will be considered abandoned but a partial refund may be permitted. Amount returned will be determined by the amount of work completed.
- HellBeast Creations has the right to keep any work done and sell it as seen fit if the client back charges, or if commission is canceled. (changes will be made to character design)HellBeast Creations will not do
- HellBeast Creations Will Not make suggestive padding such as crotch or individual breasts (Slight single chest/hip padding for a more feminine body is okay)
- HellBeast Creations Will Not make NSFW accessible zippers. IF you plan to do any adult activities please go to another maker. Do Not alter my suits for adult activities.Shipping
- Client must pay for shipping unless stated otherwise by HellBeast Creations.
- Once the package is shipped HellBeast Creations is not responsible for incidents that may happen.
- HellBeast Creations will NOT cover import fees or any other fees once the product is shipped.Warranty
- All suits are covered by a 60 day repair warranty.
- If the suit is damaged it will be repaired for free.
-The customer must pay for shipping both ways.
- Message HellBeast Creations with a description and photos evidence of the defect. It will then be assessed and determined if the claim falls within the warranty.
- Purposeful damage will NOT be covered in the 60 day warranty and will not be repaired for free.
- HellBeast Creations is not responsible for any damages from poor maintenance or horse-play.
-Average wear and tear will not be covered under the warranty.
-The warranty is intended for defects in material and workmanship that may occur such as the seams do not hold or the suit does not fit as intended.Process
I like the client to be aware of the entire process from start to finish
my usual process is as follows:- Once you reach out and have read and agreed to the terms of service above, we will communicate preferences, design, payment, materials, ect.
- Once we have fully discussed what the clients expectations are and quote given, the client will be added to the queue if they want to proceed with the commission.
- Once the 40% down payment is made, initial materials will be bought.
as soon as materials are paid for, the 40% down payment will not be refundable.
- Work will begin as soon as 50% or more of the total price is paid.
- Progress photos will be taken and sent throughout the entire commission, and reasonable adjustments will be made as requested.
- When work is complete, final photos will be taken and the product will be shipped once the payment is complete.Other
- Any constructive feedback is welcome whether with fursuits, website, or communication.
